Dr. Kellie Delli Colli is a licensed Clinical Psychologist who serves the San Diego area and graduated with her Ph.D. from the California School of Professional Psychology. She specializes in treating people with co-occurring disorders at Casa Palmera Treatment Center. She takes a psychophysiological approach to treatment which focuses on how the mind (cognitive, emotional), body (physical) and brain (EEG or brain waves) interact, using traditional empirically supported treatments along with alternative modalities for individuals and their families.
Kellie has worked in the field of psychology for 16 years, and in the specialty area of quantitative EEG, neurofeedback, and biofeedback for over seven years. Her clinical experience encompasses all levels of care including in-patient hospital, residential, partial hospital, intensive out-patient, school setting, and outpatient therapy with adults, adolescents, family, couples, and children.
Kellie’s research and professional presentations focus on clinical psychophysiology and biofeedback. She is board certified through BCIA (Biofeedback Certification International Alliance) for neurofeedback and heart rate variability biofeedback. Dr. Delli Colli is also a member of The Association for Applied Psychophysiology and Biofeedback and International Society of Neurofeedback and Research.
She has also developed and implemented a program utilizing Zen Buddhism for substance use disorders at the Psychological Center in Lawrence Massachusetts. Kellie is also a registered yoga teacher and yoga therapist.
